Todays lesson was focused on practice routines and choosing songs to perform at our Milestone (10th December). We began by 'warming up' using our preferred techniques for posture and breathing. I chose to use head rotations as I find this the easiest. We practiced our musical memory by humming back a note that Lena played to us. We practiced our intonation and breath control (diaphragmatic breathing) and then went off in pairs to teach each other our practice routine.
